Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1 Fly New York/New Jersey to Sydney (Via Los Angeles)

Day 2 Cross the International Dateline
The International Date Line is an imaginary line on the earth's surface that approximately coincides with the 180th meridian (Longitude), and separates the calendar date. Traveling east across the line, takes you back one day; traveling west takes you forward one day.

Day 3 Welcome to Sydney, Australia
On arrival to Sydney, you will collect your luggage and clear Customs & Immigration before entering the arrivals hall.  Here, look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it, and transfer to the city by private vehicle. 

It is no surprise that when the British first arrived in Sydney they named the area Botany Bay. Even today, with a population of over 4 million people and a reputation for fun rather than flora, one is still surrounded by bush land in this bustling city. Native Waratah wind their way through the historic Rocks area, palm trees frame long stretches of pristine beach, and Eucalyptus embrace the harbors endless and beckoning bays.

It is Sydney's manmade wonders, however, that draw most visitors. The Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbor Bridge are the most photographed icons on the continent. Choose a Seaplane Safari experience and enjoy a bird's eye view of the Opera House's signature sails.

See the Harbor Bridge up close and personal by climbing the metal monolith and enjoy stunning 360 degree views of the glittering vista below with BridgeClimb. Whether it is an early morning visit to the largest fish market in the southern hemisphere or your very first surfing lesson on Bondi Beach, in this vibrant metropolis you will find no lack of energetic escapes and dynamic distractions. Learn about Australia's National Gemstone, the Opal, at Altmann & Cherny or The National Opal Collection, both right in the heart of the city on Pitt Street.

Day 4 Captain Cook - Coffee Cruise
Make your way for check-in at Jetty 6, Circular Quay, at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
A relaxing and enjoyable cruise around Sydney Harbour will be a highlight of your stay here in Sydney. The best views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge are available to you so bring along your camera today. During the 2 hour cruise, enjoy a commentary on many points of interest along the harbour as well as learn about the early days of Sydney.  Enjoy a cuppa (cup of tea) and scones before docking back at Circular Quay.

Days 5-6 At Leisure, Sydney
Today is at your leisure, no arrangements have been made.

Day 7 Blue Mountains Discovery - With Hike
A full day tour in a special 4WD vehicle with your experienced driver/guide. Depart Sydney via the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and past the 2000 Olympic Games site to the Blue Mountains National Park.  We leave the main roads behind to travel deep into the bush and enjoy morning tea surrounded by kangaroos and kookaburras.  Travel to Leura Village and stop at Echo Point to view the Three Sisters rock formation.

From here - you will be provided with maps and instructions for your self-guided walk in the National Park.  Take in as little or as much as you desire at your own pace for up to three hours - meeting the vehicle at the starting point. You're driver/guide will assist with suggestions and information prior to your walk. A picnic lunch is included today.  

Rejoining the vehicle, we follow the trail of the first explorers to cross the Blue Mountains, before arriving at Sydney's premier Wildlife Park. Pat a koala and see kangaroos up close, along with dingos, wombats and other Australian wildlife before returning to your Sydney accommodation around 6pm.

Day 8 Fly Sydney to New York/New Jersey (Via Los Angeles)
You will be transferred by private vehicle from your city accommodation to Sydney Airport for your departure flight.

Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Employees and the immediate family members and members of the households of employees of John Johnson Automotive Group and advertisers, and their respective parent and affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate in our contests.

2. All registrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate. Only one (1) winner per household will be accepted in our contests. For purposes of this contest, "household" shall mean all persons residing at, or claiming as their principal residence, any single occupancy dwelling or unit in a multiple occupancy dwelling.

3. No person is eligible to participate in our contest who has won any prize from John Johnson Automotive Group within the 30-day period prior to the start date of the next contest.

4. Unless otherwise noted, the winner of our contest must claim his or her prize, in person, at the offices of John Johnson Automotive Group within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the required timeframe will be forfeited.

5. The winner of our contest must provide a Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes, and will be responsible for the payment of any federal, state, local, or international taxes in conjunction with the award and use of a prize.

6. The contest winner must sign an agreement releasing John Johnson Automotive Group and the contest sponsors from liability in connection with the operation of the contest, and the award and use of the prize, and giving John Johnson Automotive Group and the contest sponsors the right to use the contest winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information and recorded comments in connection with the advertising and promotion of the contest and John Johnson Automotive Group and sponsors and their business.

7. John Johnson Automotive Group undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner's guest(s). John Johnson Automotive Group is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed in any form.

8. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with the administration of this contest shall be resolved by the management of John Johnson Automotive Group, whose decisions are final and binding.

9. John Johnson Automotive Group reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement.

10. Failure to conform to all contest rules or fraud on the part of a contest participant will result in the disqualification of such contest participant.

11. John Johnson Automotive Group is not responsible for the failure of any telecommunication system or part thereof, or for lost, late or misdirected contest entries, whether transmitted by mail, by telephone or via the internet.

12. Contest open to New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents only. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, local and international laws and regulations apply.
